Smart notifications

Standflow supports two modes: automatic and manual. In automatic mode, the app seamlessly transitions to the next interval when time is up. In manual mode, you'll see a confirmation dialog asking what you'd like to do—stop the timer, restart the current interval, or advance to the next one. Choose the mode that fits your workflow.
