Privacy Policy - Standflow

1. Local data storage

Standflow stores all your preferences and settings locally on your Mac. This includes:

• Interval configurations (sitting, standing, walking, perching durations)
• Notification preferences
• Sound alert settings
• App preferences and presets

All data remains on your device and is never transmitted to external servers. Standflow operates entirely offline and has no network connectivity requirements beyond the initial download from the App Store.

2. Data we don't collect

We do not collect:

• Personal information or identifiers
• Usage statistics, analytics, or activity patterns
• Health data, interval completion times, or work habit information
• IP addresses or device identifiers
• App version, operating system version, or crash reports
• Any information about your usage of the app
• Files, preferences, or any data stored by the app

3. What we do collect

Standflow collects absolutely no data. The app operates completely offline and does not transmit any information to external servers, analytics platforms, or third-party services. There is no data collection, tracking, or monitoring of any kind.

The only exception is if you contact us directly (for example, via support@standflow.app), in which case we may store your message and email address to provide a response and maintain records of support history. This is the only data we may have, and it is only collected if you choose to contact us.

4. No account required

Standflow does not require you to create an account or submit any personal information to use the app.

We don't collect names, email addresses, payment data, or any identifiers unless you contact us directly (e.g., via support).

5. Optional communications

If you contact us (for example, via support@standflow.app), we may store your message and email address to provide a response and maintain records of support history. We will never sell or share this information with third parties.

6. Data security

All your data is stored locally on your Mac using macOS's standard secure storage mechanisms. Standflow does not transmit any data over the network, so there is no risk of data interception or unauthorized access through network transmission.

However, as with any software that stores data locally, it is your responsibility to secure your Mac and protect it from unauthorized access. We recommend using macOS security features such as FileVault encryption and strong user account passwords.

7. Third-party services

Standflow does not use any third-party services. The app does not rely on third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, trackers, or any external services. The app operates entirely offline and does not send any data to external services. All processing happens locally on your device.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever need to change this Privacy Policy in the future, we'll post the updated version at https://standflow.app/privacy and include a clear changelog. If changes are significant, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
